However, if your treatment is under a specific program, like the Department of Veterans' Affairs, Medicare Chronic Conditions Care Plan, or Worker's Compensation schemes, you will need a doctor's referral to ensure your treatment costs are covered.

Can I choose to have some appointments in the clinic and some as mobile services?

Absolutely. We offer flexible treatment plans that can include both in-clinic and mobile appointments, depending on your preferences and needs.

Payments & Refunds

Do we offer bulk billing physiotherapy services at our clinic?

Yes, we offer bulk billing physiotherapy services for Medicare, Work Cover, and DVA clients. We will need a certain referral type from your GP to be able to process your bulk billing claim, these referrals are:
- EPC/CDM/GPMP referral for Medicare claims which gives you access to up to 5 allied health visits per calendar year
- WorkCover referral which gives you to an initial pre approved 5 allied health visits if your claim was approved
- DVA 904 form for DVA referrals which gives you 12 allied health visit per treatment cycle

Is physiotherapy covered by private health insurance?

Many health insurance policies do provide coverage for physiotherapy, but it's best to check with your specific insurance provider for details on your coverage.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Do we accept private health cover?

Yes, we do and we might be able to process an on-the-spot claim depends on your insurance company using HICAPS machine. You will need to check with your insurance provider to know your cover details.
